Being Exhibitors

Dear Referral Partners,

We will be celebrating BNI Malaysia’s 25th Anniversary at our National Conference (14 July 2025). To commemorate this occasion, we will be having the BNI Global CEO, Mary Kennedy Thompson joining us in our largest ever conference with more than 1,000 Referral Partners from Malaysia and more than 10 countries.

We have 6 Exhibitor Booths during this celebration. The Booths will be placed in high traffic locations outside the Main Conference Hall to maximise visibility. In the past, and due to the limited numbers, the booths are snapped up very early. I urge you to quickly take this opportunity if this is part of your company’s strategy to form new collaborations outside your Chapter and globally.

We have also invited Kevin Barber, the Chairman of BNI Foundation Worldwide to celebrate with us. Part of the Exhibition fees will be donated to BNI Foundation to help less privileged children in Malaysia. Children may form only 25% of our population but they are 100% of our future.

“Main Sponsor and Exhibition Booth” registration is open to BNI members (Malaysia & overseas) with the following conditions:

1. Main Sponsor (1 slot)
  • Open for registration for Malaysia members on a first paid, first served basis.
  • Open for registration for Overseas members from 15th Jan 2026 onwards (subject to availability), on a first paid, first served basis.

2. Exhibition Booth (6 slots)
  • Open for registration for Malaysia members on a first paid, first served basis.
  • Open for registration for Overseas members from 15th Feb 2026 onwards (subject to availability), on a first paid, first served basis.

3. Registration closing date: 1st May 2026

4. Only one member (Main Sponsor & Exhibitor) per registration per booth is allowed to participate in the exhibition.

5. Main Sponsor & Exhibitors are participating according to their respective BNI business classification only.

6. Only two booth assistants (non-BNI members) per booth are permitted. They are not participants of NC26.

7. Registrations are on a First Paid First Served basis upon fully completed form submission.
  • Only fully completed form submissions with payment proof attached will be processed.
